Fuel Talent is Seattle's award-winning, woman-owned boutique recruiting firm, founded in 2013 by Shauna Swerland after 25 years of national recruiting experience. They specialize in placing top-tier candidates in Tech, Design & UX, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and Creative roles across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. So when it came time to design their custom marquee sign, we knew it had to carry that same energy — bold, authentic, and built to last.

The Sign

We crafted a large oval layered marquee sign with a beautifully distressed steel-blue finish and a riveted industrial border. The raised metal letters — FUEL on top, TALENT below — are mounted directly onto the weathered face, giving the piece a vintage industrial look that feels both timeless and unmistakably cool.

The corrugated metal backdrop in the photo says it all: this sign was made for a brand that doesn't take shortcuts. It's the kind of piece that makes people stop, look, and remember.
