Clubhouse signage has a different job than a standard wall graphic. It needs to identify the space, support the brand, and create a polished focal point for residents, guests, leasing teams, and anyone walking into the amenity area. This custom sign for The Element was built with that kind of environment in mind.
The design combines wall-hanging individual marquee letters with a layered logo icon positioned next to the wordmark. The letters are connected by a rear support bar, allowing the full sign to function as one unified piece instead of a group of separately mounted letters. That detail keeps installation cleaner while still preserving the dimensional look of individual letters.
The logo icon adds another level of brand recognition. Instead of relying only on the name, the sign gives the clubhouse a more complete branded identity by pairing the wordmark with a dimensional layered element. For apartment communities, leasing offices, resident lounges, clubhouses, and amenity spaces, that combination can make the room feel more intentional and finished.
Warm standard incandescent filament bulbs give the letters the recognizable marquee glow without making the sign feel too harsh for an interior wall. The result is a branded feature that works as decor, signage, and a photo-friendly backdrop within the space.
For businesses and properties that need a similar look, Vintage Marquee Lights can build custom wall-hanging signs, individual letter signs, and 3D layered logo signs to match a brand’s existing style, colors, and installation needs.
